Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Outcomes OS and related services provided by Crouch Development.

Using the service

You may use Outcomes OS only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, trial availability, and plan features may change over time. If a subscription ends, workspace data is not automatically deleted unless separately stated.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the product, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Outcomes OS to violate the rights of others.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and improving, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, suspended, or removed as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

Outcomes OS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Crouch Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
