This policy explains what information Outcomes OS collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and how account deletion works.

Information we collect

Outcomes OS collects account and profile information you provide, including your email address and profile settings. The service stores the workspace content you create, including goals, tasks, projects, recurring work, reviews, execution history, guidance preferences, Daily Briefs, and support reports.

When you enable mobile notifications, Outcomes OS also stores device registration information such as platform, application version, notification permission state, timezone, and push token. Subscription and purchase status is stored so paid access can follow the same Outcomes OS account across supported platforms.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, operate and synchronize your workspace, deliver requested notifications, provide subscription access, respond to support requests, protect the service, monitor product quality, and improve Outcomes OS. Optional analytics are used to understand product usage trends.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies are used for authentication and session continuity. Analytics cookies are optional and can be accepted or rejected through the cookie preferences banner. Browser cookie choices can also be reset by clearing site data.

Service providers and sharing

Outcomes OS uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database services, analytics, email, push delivery, and billing. Stripe, Apple, and Google may process subscription or purchase information when their respective payment systems are used. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to provide, secure, support, and bill for the service or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Account and workspace information is retained while the account is active and as needed to operate the service. You can permanently delete your Outcomes OS authentication account and application-owned records without contacting support. Payment processors, app stores, and other service providers may retain transaction, security, or legal records under their own obligations after an Outcomes OS account is deleted.

Signed-in users can download a machine-readable copy of their Outcomes OS workspace from Settings. For other account-related privacy questions, use the support options provided by Outcomes OS.
